Before and after - 21 days apart

Hello there! I have been kicking back trying to enjoy my time at home recovery. I am eating a bit more, still have trouble getting water in. Today I ate the meat out of a HALF a piece of fish from Captain D's; Tonight I had chicken in dumplings minus the dumplings. It was yummy... but its DEF a trigger food.... I wanted to eat more and more!! I have recently weighed myself along with measurements, and I am shocked at what I see on paper!! (for the good)

But I havent really noticed too much as looking at myself. I took before pics Jan 1st 2013, and tonight I took more. Here they are... Can you see a difference?
